In order to be considered for endorsement to the USTA Midwest Level -
1. Outdoor Closed Championship you must register on-line no later than NOON on TUESDAY, JUNE 11,2013. Your credit card will only be charged if you are endorsed by The Central Indiana Tennis Association.

PLAYERS MAY CHECK-IN AND COLLECT THEIR T-SHIRT AND WELCOME PACKET BEGINNING THURSDAY, JUNE 6, 4:00 PM TO 7:00 PM AT THE NORTH CENTRAL TOURNAMENT DESK. THEY MAY ALSO WAIT TO CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY MORNING AT 8:00AM AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 27, 2013 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
