In order to be considered for endorsement to the USTA Midwest Level -
1. Outdoor Closed Championship you must register on-line no later than NOON on TUESDAY, JUNE 11,2013. Your credit card will only be charged if you are endorsed by The Central Indiana Tennis Association.

This is a level 1 Central Indiana and a level 4 Midwest tournament.
Seeding for each age group will be based on the most recent
Midwest Standings List. However, the CITA Executive Director,
Tournament Director, and Jr. Tennis Committee reserve the right to
make an adjustment if a player with a high national ranking is not
appropriately seeded. DOUBLES ********DOUBLES REGISTRATION WILL
TAKE PLACE ONLINE ONLY******** -Doubles Events are BG(18-12) and
free w/singles registration. If you have a partner you want to play
with, you will need your partner's USTA number to register. If you
do not have partner and would like to be assigned one, leave the
partner portion blank. LATE ENTRIES -Late entries will be
accepted until Thursday, May 30, 2013 by 5:00 pm ON-LINE at
www.centralindiana.usta.com NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
THE FIRST MATCH REPORT WILL BE POSTED ON JUNE 5TH. THE FULL
DRAWS WILL BE POSTED ON JUNE 7TH.
