Medical Waivers must be turned in at the players first match of the tournament (Singles or Doubles). This should be done at the site they play their first match. They do not need to come to the main site to turn in their waiver.

Players may check-in to the tournament on Wednesday during the Player Party, or anytime Thursday and Friday at the Main Site (Cary Tennis Park)

Parents, USTA North Carolina is seeking feedback on topics to improve our tournament experience. We would like to invite you to come to a town hall type meeting at the CTP on Wednesday, August 7th from 4-5pm. The attendance is not mandatory, but encouraged!

The Player Pizza Party will be held Wednesday, August 7th, from 5 to 7pm.

Players may check-in to the tournament at this time.

We will take doubles registration up to 12 pm Friday, August 2nd. If you are playing doubles only, the fee is $20 and we will contact you about payment.

Doubles play for the 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s divisions will start Wednesday morning.
