SAT TESTING
Please be advised that we will schedule heavy on the first weekend to try to avoid as many potential test taking conflicts. We can not guarantee anything but we will try to do our best.

Doubles
Please be sure to email Director of your Doubles Partner if you do not sign up with one. If you are looking for a doubles partner email the Director that as well. We will do all that we can to pair up teams without partners. Those signed up without a partner will be paired randomly at close of entries so please make sure you tell me your partner no later than sunday evening at close of entries.

Directions to Meadowbrook
Follow directions to Monterey Peninsula. Take Hwy 218 (Canyon del Rey)Exit. Turn left on Fremont Blvd, (third stop light), then right on Kimball Ave. (Burger King on corner). Continue on Kimball Ave. 1 mile to Meadowbrook sign turn left at driveway into the parking lot.

Practice Courts
There will be no available practice courts at the tournament site so please come ready to play. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time and be ready to play. Practice courts are located Monterey Peninsula College or Carmel High School on a first come first serve basis.

Match Format
The Match Format for singles is the best of three sets. There is a mandatory 3rd and 4th playoff in all singles divisions. All Doubles will be single elimination with an 8 game Pro set for the match format.

Withdrawls and Contacting Director
If you need to withdrawl for any event please email the director at romeka77@comcast.net. Please state the players name, divsion, and reason for withdrawl. If you are withdrawling before the deadline you may do it online using your confirmation number and credit card. You will be refunded. I am sorry to inform you that if you have to wait till after the deadline you will not be refunded.

Draws
All draws will be posted later that wednesday am the week before the tournament. Please check the internet for your start time. All draws are subject to change for many reasons so make sure you check your start time online each day before and after the tournament in case of any changes. Rain and other factors may change the schedule as well as withdrawls or errors... Again, please check draws for the most accurate information.

RAIN ISSUES
IF IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN CALL TINA AT 831-595-5197 FOR ANY UPDATES STARTING AT 7:30AM ON SATURDAY. THE TOURNAMENT WILL NOT BE CANCELLED BEFORE 2PM AS IT RARELY RAINS ALL DAY IN MONTEREY.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 22, 2013 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
