Doubles Fee's
Due to a computer glitch, doubles participants were not charged a fee. Prior to playing their first match, all doubles participants must pay a $28 fee in cash, at the tournament desk.

6:09 AM: It is currently raining lightly with clearing expected sometime this morning. All match times will start one hour later than originally scheduled. 10 AM matches now will start at 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM matches will start at 12:30 PM etc. Next update will be posted at 7:30 AM.

Weather Advisory
The weather will be monitored throughout the night into tomorrow morning. Everyone should check the website prior to leaving for their match in the event match times are adjusted.

Match Format
This is a single elimination tournament. All singles matches will be the best of three tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-break in lieu of the third set. When this format is used, players may be required to play three singles matches in one day. If a player splits sets, there will be a 3-minute on court break before a 10 point Deciding Match Tie-break will be played. Coaching is allowed during the 3 minute break. Players are responsible for checking the draws for their match times. Please arrive and check-in at least 15 minutes before your match.

Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Some very limited exceptions apply Please see our website for details.

Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

USTA point penalty for cheating/being over-ruled by an official more than two times: a) first offense results in a point penalty b) second offense results in a loss of game c) third offense results in a match default

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 13, 2012 5:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
