COMPETITORS LIST - ALTERNATE LIST - EMAIL
If you find your name on the alternate list, it means one of three things:
1. You did not have enough points to qualify for the tournament based on the age group you selected.
2. In the case of a Level 7, you had too many points.
3. You may have been the only player in that age group, therefore it is not being held.
- Being placed as an "Alternate" means you did not qualify for the tournament based on one of the above points.
- If you do not qualify for the tournament and are not selected, you WILL BE notified via the email address you provided when you registered for the tournament and your credit card WILL NOT be charged.
- If you do qualify for the tournament, you WILL NOT be notified and must check the draw for start times. You will also be listed under "Competitors", meaning you have been selected to play in the tournament.

RAC FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Outside commercially prepared food (McDonalds, Subway, etc) is not allowed in the club. The RAC owns the Club Cafe and Deli and does not take the risk of jeopardizing their food license.
Coolers are not allowed. Why? Again, we do not want to encourage outside food being brought into the club. If we allow coolers, it also makes it more difficult to monitor the items brought into the club. Small individual coolers are OK to bring in. Players need to have their own personal beverages and ice for change-over’s in a match.
