Host Hotels
Please do not wait untill the last minute to book your rooms for the host hotels. It will help the tournament with getting rooms for the officials! Also, they will not honor the prices if you wait too long!!

Sign up for Doubles
For all doubles sign up, you must email me at steve.leroy@talgov.com with your Division, USTA number, partner's name and USTA number. YOU MUST EMAIL me by 8AM FRIDAY, JULY 20th to be included in the doubles draw. If you need a partner, please let me know as soon as possible. I will pair up any players looking for partners up till the deadline of 8am, July 20th. Thank you.

Selections
All selections will be made early afternoon on Monday, July 16th.

Play Site Correction
Please note that there is a correction - Boys 12s will be playing at Lincoln High and Tom Brown Park. Girls 12s will be played at Winthrop Park. Sorry for the confusion!

Doubles Play
At least one round of doubles will follow two rounds of singles on Saturday. Doubles times will be given to players after the singles rounds.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 7, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
