If you need to change partners, simply withdraw from doubles and re-register with the different partner - this must be done before deadline of June 26 - thanks! And the same if you register for the wrong age divison - simply withdraw and re-register in the age division you like. Thanks!

Tournament schedule
We will try to get the draws up as soon as possible on Wednesday, July 4. Matches could start as early as 7am on Friday, July 6 depending on the size of the draw. We will try to complete the tournament on Sunday, June 8. Monday will be used as a rain day, or if we have extremely large draws (over 48 players in an age division) we might schedule finals of backdraw on Monday...

COSMO PARK DIRECTIONS (THIS IS NOT CCMO)
When you go into entrance, go around round-about until you can take a left. (will be going West) - tennis courts are 400 yards from that round about.

LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS
TOURNAMENT.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO REGISTER
Online registration is required and needs to be COMPLETED before
the entry deadline. In the case of a problem, contact Renae
Friedrichsen at Friedrichsen@movalley.usta.com or 913.322.4832. If
calling, be sure to leave a voicemail. The time stamp on the email
or the voicemail needs to be before the entry deadline.
Point Level
Section: Level 3 National Level: 5 for doubles
Inclement Weather
This tournament is NOT required to provide indoor backup if there
is inclement weather. Per Friend at Court, Regulation III.G matches
are cancelled in the following order (if needed): 1)consolation
doubles,
2)consolation singles,
3)main draw doubles, and
4)main draw singles.
Entry refunds will not be given if inclement weather affects this
tournament. Inclement weather causes problems for everyone. Please
be patient and understanding while alternate plans are being
made.
Futures Doubles
Players must play the same age division in singles and doubles.
There are two ways in which a team will be placed on the doubles
draw. If both members of the team sign up with each other online,
they will be placed on the draw. After the deadline, a team will be
placed on the draw by contacting the tournament director
(information above) with your partner's information by 12:00 pm on
the Tuesday before the start of the tournament. Both partners need
to contact the tournament director to verify the team. If you do
not have a partner, email the tournament director by the above
deadline and let them know you would like to be placed into the
blind draw.
Withdraws and Refunds
Before the Entry Deadline: Need to be done through the online
registration process. Click on the "Edit Registration" link in the
box to the left column to complete. Your credit card will not be
charged.
After the Entry Deadline: Need to be emailed to the tournament
director at the address above. Refunds are not given for withdraws
that happen in the 6 days before the start of the event. Written
verification must be provided by a medical professional by the last
schedule day of the tournament for a withdraw due to illness or
injury. A written deion of the situation must be provided by the
last scheduled day of the tournament for a withdraw due to personal
circumstance/emergency. The tournament committee will determine
whether the situation is a personal circumstance/emergency. Failure
to provide documentation will result in Suspension Points

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 26, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
