National Team Championship.

Reminder: Players, all forms must be submitted prior to the start of the tournament. The medical form and medical waiver are required if you intend to participate in the event. Shuttle to Kalamazoo
*The shuttle is currently full.
Players and coaches who would like to be on a waiting list may still contact Christine Stromberg but there is no guarentee that people on the waiting list will reserve a seat.
Any player or coach participating in the 2012 USTA Boys 18 National Team Championship may reserve a seat on the shuttle. The first 45 players or coaches to pay for a seat will be guaranteed seats on the shuttle. Payment must be received for a player or coach’s seat to be guaranteed.
Payment should be mailed to the Atkins Tennis Center to the attention of Christine Stromberg. There is a $50 per person fee to ride on the shuttle. Please make checks payable to the UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. If you have any questions, contact Christine Stromberg at cstromb2@illinois.edu as soon as possible

St. Mary's Road is closed for construction. To access the Atkins Tennis Center parking is available in the East lot (paved) or the North grass lot. Entrance to the north lot is a gravel road off of Kirby (also called Florida). Entrance to the east lot is a paved road off of Kirby (Florida) near the softball field and recreation fields.

Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 28, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
