TOURNAMENT FORMAT
All singles events will be full feed in consolation draws. All main draw matches will be full 2 out 3 sets and consolation matches will be 2 out 3 sets with a super tie break in lieu of a 3rd set. All doubles events will be first match losers consolation draws and will play 8 game pro sets. 5 minute warm-up will be enforced all weekend long.

Please do not call or email tournament staff to change match times. We are simply at capacity and cannot accomodate any requests. Thank you for your cooperation.

PARKING
PARKING: Due to the close proximity of the Baseline Tennis Center to 4 major athletic venues, parking may be at event rates (up to $10.00/car) with no in/out privileges. Metered parking is available behind the building at $1.25/hr (quarters only) as available. Please consider carpooling, walking a longer distance, etc. to minimize the impact of these events. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

BTC Tournament Refund Policy
Refunds for tournament entry fees are offered as follows:
* Prior to entries closing, players must withdraw electronically through the Tennis Link system.
* After the close of entries through the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament, Baseline Tennis Center will refund entry fees for a medical/family emergency reason only. A $10 processing fee will be assessed to each refund per event. (This is based on the event fee, and does not include the $3 Internet registration fee.)
* No refunds are offered for withdrawals after the close of the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament through the close of the event (i.e. 5pm Thursday for a tournament that begins Friday).

FRIEND AT COURT RULES ON CHECKING IN AND LATENESS
Check-in at tournament desk. A player shall check in at the tournament desk before the scheduled time of each match. The Referee shall designate a place at which players shall check in. A player is not deemed to have arrived until the player checks in at the designated place and the player is properly clothed, equipped, and ready to play. The Referee may penalize a player who is on site for lateness if a court is available and the player has failed to checkin at the tournament desk by the scheduled match time. See FAC Comment IV.D-1. The player is responsible for obtaining the time of the player’s matches from the Referee, rather than vice versa. Unless specifically authorized by the Referee, schedules of play carried in
newspapers or other media are not official, and a player utilizes them at the player’s own risk.

SEEDING - The Computerized List Method will be used for seeding
(FAC Comment II.A-4), based on the current standings/ranking list.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 10, 2011 9:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
