IF WE GET RAIN = THE MATCH PLAY FORMAT MAY CHANGE TO 2 OUT OF 3 SHORT SETS W/ MATCH TIE-BREAK FOR THE 3RD OR 8 GAME PRO SETS. CONSOLATION MAY BE ELIMINATED IF THE WEATHER INTERFERES.

Draws will be posted by Wed morning. Please look at the competitor list and make sure you are in the correct event. Doubles will start the first round on sat 1/12. Some events may be combined due to lack of entries. Novice may be combined with open or age groups may be combined. All play will be 2 out of 3 sets w/ a match tie-break used for a third set for singles . There will be a 3rd/4th playoff in all singles divisions. All divisions Open and Novice singles will offer a First Match Losers Consolation. All doubles events will be single elimination and will play and 8 game proset. Go directly to your site that you are scheduled to play at. We are using wilson u.s. open balls.

TROPHIES WILL BE GIVEN FOR 1ST TO 4TH {MEDALS FOR 4TH} IN ALL SINGLES DIVISIONS AND 1ST AND 2ND IN DOUBLES. THERE WILL BE NO CONSOLATION TROPHIES AS WE WILL JUST BE PLAYING THE EXTRA MATCHES. THE CONSOLATION WAS ADDED TO GET MORE MATCH PLAY IN ALL SINGLES DIVSIONS. DOUBLES IS SINGLE ELIMINATION, AND AN 8 GAME PROSET SO WE CAN FINISH ALL DOUBLES IN THE 1ST WEEKEND. {NO 3/4 PLAYOFF IN DOUBLES}

Anyone withdrawing from the event before the deadline must do so online with their confirmation number to get their refund. After the deadline the request must be made by email to the Tournament Director, Brian Cory with the address and name of the person who should receive the refund check. The tennislink fees will not be refunded. When the withdawal is made less than 7 days prior to the event no refund will be given. E-mail Brian at corytennis@aol.com for questions or withdrawals.
