ON SATURDAY THERE WILL BE A FOOTBALL ON CAMPUS FROM 1-4PM. BE PREPARED FOR A LIVELIER AND FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE. PARKING WILL BE TIGHT SO ALLOW FOR 20-30MIN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME TO THE COURTS. AN EXTRA ENTRANCE ON NORH PARWAY WILL BE OPEN OR YOU CAN ENTER OR PARK ON UNIVERSITY.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE YOUR FIRST DOUBLES MATCH.
Check in 9/7 FRI from 2:00 PM until 6:30PM.

Only the player is allowed to register into the tournament.

DOUBLES INFORMATION
• 32 draw single elimination draw.
• Doubles play will begin on 9/7 FRI with 3 rounds.Be prepared to play doubles beginning at 5pm, though of course, not everybody will start at 5pm.
• An eight game pro set will be played with a tie-break at 8 all.
• We do NOT partner players.
• It is your job to find a partner, confirm the partnership, and then register by the doubles deadline. BOTH partners must (mandatory) sign up with your partner.
• If you only are playing doubles, then the fee is $25.00, which is payable at the first doubles match.
Enter doubles in the same age group that your were accepted in for singles. BOTH PLAYERS must enter online for doubles.

Match times will be available 9/6 THU by 2:00 PM.

DOUBLES SELECTION CRITERIA
(Doubles Play in the division selected for Singles)
1. Both players have been selected in singles
2. One player has been selected into the singles and is partnered with an alternate
3. Both players are alternates
4. One player has been selected into the singles and is partnered with no singles entry
5. Alternate and no singles entry
6. Neither are entered in singles

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, August 31, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
