If you and your partner missed the doubles entry deadline, we can still enter you in doubles. We will not accept any DOULBES late entries after NOON on Sunday March 11.
IF YOUR PARTNER ENTERED online ON TIME, BUT YOU DIDN'T, we need to hear from you to confirm that you agree with the pairing.

When signing up for doubles, you must indicate your partner with his or her USTA number. BOTH partners need to sign up and indicate the other partner.

We CANNOT assume that just because 1 person signed up and the partner did not that you will be playing together. This keeps from someone signing up for doubles when their partner did not actually want to play and leads to defaults in the doubles draws. Both partners signing up means you both want to play. It is as simple as that

Doubles draws will ALL play an 8-game pro set. 7-point tiebreak played at 8-8.

You must check in for the tournament before you play your first doubles match. We will begin check-in at 4pm, with matches starting at 5pm. 3/6 TUESDAY: Doubles Registration OPENS

3/9 FRIDAY: Double Registration CLOSES at 11:59 PM -- 1 minute before midnight!

3/16 FRIDAY: Doubles play begins at 5:00 PM with 2 rounds being played (If draw size is a round of 32, then the round of 32 & 16 will be played tonight)

3/17 SATURDAY: Doubles play continues 2 rounds will be played.

3/18 SUNDAY: Doubles play continues Final round.

Remember, the Doubles Event is just as important as the Singles Event. If you withdraw, you will be penalized. An excuse like "I could not miss school" is not acceptable.

It is important to realize this is a marathon of Tennis to play singles and doubles for 4 days. We offer doubles for the sake of the kids. We put forth this massive effort for the kids to have the opportunity to earn points. Given that parents do not want to miss work and kids to miss school, the time period for this tournament is short. These are long, gruelling days and not for everyone. Please understand this before registering your child for doubles. Withdrawal after doubles registration closes and play begins is absolutely not acceptable. Doubles participants should be in top physical condition to compete. Again we only offer doubles for the opportunity to earn points, not to test their physical condition.

Selection Process is as follows:
1st - Both players are in the singles draw
2nd - 1 player in singles partnered with an alternate
3rd - Both players are alternates

Teams shall be seeded in the order of their combined standings (e.g., Player A holds the #1 standing and Player B holds the #10 standing. The Team of A & B would have combined standing of 11.) Teams that have the same combined standing shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Doubles standings points held by each team.
Players with current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 10000 ATP or WTA rankings will be considered for seeding. Please make the tournament aware of your status in these rankings.
