For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Designated Open Sectional Championship
In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the USTA family would like to encourage local play as opposed to traveling to play national tournaments. With this in mind, we’ve reclassified the remaining Super Category 2, Category 2, and Category 3 National Tournaments as Designated Open Sectional Championships.
These Designated Open Sectional Championships will have National Category 2 point allocation for the players. The participants will have the opportunity to earn national points while playing at the sectional level.
At this time, the remaining Category 1 Tournaments will continue to be rescheduled for later in the year.

Seeding and Selection
The All Factors Method was used when making selections and ordering seeds for this tournament. All of the following available information was used to make final determinations: including ranking lists,
ratings, and standings lists.

This is a single elimination draw.
All matches played on Har-Tru.
Dress code all white with 10% trim allowed.
No Towels provided. Bottled water provided at tournament desk, but
water fountains on court closed due to Covid-19
All Saturday and Sunday matches will start 3pm and 5 pm.
Weekday matches will start 5pm.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, July 29, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
