During tournament hours, only, please.

Most divisions will begin matches on Monday, February 3. Plan to play on Monday, unless you have a bye. Most matches will not begin before 11AM, with second flight at 1PM. Special requests that are made known to the tournament director prior to the entry deadline will be considered but can not be guaranteed. Email requests, only- no telephone requests will be honored.

Players are required to valet park their cars. There is no charge. Pull up to the spa/tennis clubhouse and leave your car with the valet. Go through the breezeway and turn right to follow the walkway over the bridge to the courts on the far side of the canal. Remember to leave yourself enough time to have the valet park your car and still get to your match on time.

Match format for ages 55-70 will be a regular best of three tie-break sets. Ages 75-90 will play a third set tie-breaker in lieu of a full third set. (First to 10 by 2). ANY DRAW OF 4 OR LESS WILL BE A ROUND ROBIN.

All tiebreakers played in the main draw will be regular tiebreakers which means: The winner is the first one to reach 7 points, must win by 2 points- change ends every 6 points. We are not using Coman tiebreakers.

All consolation matches will feature a third set super tie breaker (first to 10 by 2) in lieu of a full third set. If you don't win your first match, you must advise the tournament desk immediately after your match that you wish to play in the consolation draw.

Proper tennis attire required. No sleeveless shirts, please.

Pro shop gift certificates will be given to all winners and finalists in divisions with 8 or more players. Gift certificates will be given to the winners of smaller divisions and round robins.

Players can purchase food and drink from the Bistro from 11:30 to 2:30. Credit cards, only. At other times, there are restaurants in the Publix shopping center at the Military exit from the club

There are no warm up courts available. Please do not jump onto a court to warm up just because no one is on it when you go by. There is a backboard at the far west end of the courts. Inquire at the tournament desk.

The selection process takes place after the entries close and during the week before the tournament starts. Once your credit card has been charged there will be no refunds.
