Draws Have Posted
The draws have posted. All matches are at Reed Park-1133 7th Street, Santa Monica 90403. There is metered street parking and longer-term parking available at the Santa Monica Public Library (1350 7th St, Santa Monica, CA 90401- 1.5 blocks from the site) Please continue to check draws for updates, in the case of withdrawals, schedule changes etc. If you need to withdraw or will be late, please contact the tournament director.
We will enforce the USTA lateness penalty. Please be on time for your match. For first matches on Saturday and Sunday, there is limited warmup court availability. For all other rounds, it is not likely there will be open courts for warmup.

TOURNAMENT INFO
ALL PLAY WILL BE SATURDAY FEB 23 & SUNDAY FEB 24 unless a division has more than 16 players. If a division has more than 16 players we may need to have finals on Monday after 6pm.
PRIZE $$$ IN ALL OPEN EVENTS- Champion & Finalist( 50% OF WHAT COMES IN FOR OPEN REGISTRATION FOR PRIZE $$)(70/30 split) ANY OTHER DIVISION THAT HAS 16 PLAYERS OR MORE WILL RECEIVE $100.00 FIRST PLACE PRIZE MONEY & $50.00 FOR RUNNER UP. TELL YOUR FRIENDS.

Refunds: The Tournament Committee shall refund a players entire entry fee if the entry is not accepted. Refund deadline is midnight of the close of entry. Before the online entries close you must withdraw online (if you entered online). Any changing of divisions must be done online. All withdraws ATER the deadline must be sent by email to the tournament director and NO REFUND will be issued. The fee for electronic entries is not considered a part of the entry fee and is non-refundable.
Notes If you have a time conflict, you must email or fax the director before draws are made, we will make all efforts to accommodate, but can't guarantee. PENN IS THE OFFICIAL BALL OF THIS TOURNAMENT

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, February 20, 2019 12:30:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
