The Nation Senior Mens Tennis Association's (NSMTA) Community Outreach Program will match your donation to the New Orleans A's & Aces Organization! A’s & Aces is an organizational member of the United States Tennis Association as a National Junior Tennis & Learning chapter!
NJTLs are youth development organizations that provide free or low-cost tennis and education programming to under-resourced youth. Founded in 1969 by Arthur Ashe, Charlie Pasarell, and Sheridan Snyder, this growing network of tennis providers share similar values, ideals, and goals. Donations may be made during the tournament with a special announcement at the players party Thursday evening.

WE WILL MAKE AN EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE FIRST ROUND SCHEDULING REQUESTS.
REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL TO EDGASKELL@BOCAGERC.ORG BEFORE THE DRAWS ARE MADE BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

PLAYERS MAY PLAY 3 EVENTS MAX - 2 SINGLES AND 1 DOUBLES OR 1 SINGLES AND 2 DOUBLES.

SEEDING WILL BE BASED ON THE MOST CURRENT NATIONAL RANKING, AND HEAD TO HEAD RESULTS. SEEDING WILL BE MADE WITH INPUT FROM OUR SEEDING COMMITTEE AND THE CIRCUIT CHAIRS FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGE DIVISIONS. WE INVITE FEEDBACK ONCE THE SEEDS ARE PUBLISHED BEFORE THE DRAWS ARE MADE.

Seeding for Category I USTA National Championships, Super Category II USTA National Tournaments, Category II USTA National Tournaments,
and Category III USTA Tournaments.
a. All Factors Method. The All Factors Method of seeding described in USTA Regulation II.A.4.a. shall be the method of seeding.
b. Number of seeds. The number of players seeded shall be as set forth in Table 18. FAC Comment X.A-2: The Tournament Committee should seed the maximum number of players when adequate seeding information is available, but should not do so when information is not available.

• Draw of 32 with 17-32 players 8 seeds
• Draw of 16 with 9-16 players 4 seeds
• Draw of 8 with 5-8 players 2 seeds
• Draw of 4 with 3-4 players 2 seeds

Prize money awarded in all draws and based on size and strength of draws.

This tournament will receive USTA Super Category II and ITF Grade 1 ranking points per round won. (Please note, the ITF only ranks Men’s & Women’s 35-85 and over singles, doubles, and mixed. If you are playing in any other division, you will not earn ITF ranking points). In order to receive USTA ranking points for this tournament, a player must be a current USTA member. In order to receive ITF ranking points, a player must have a valid ITF IPIN BEFORE the start of the tournament.
