Main Draw Matches will be played at 12:00. At this stage, after talking with National, we will be moving indoors unless we dry by 12. I have 4 courts in use now and warm-up courts should be available in the covered courts, 4 players per court please.

All back draw matches are as scheduled. Matches will be played in our covered courts. In regards to our 12:00 main draw matches, our plan is to keep you outside at 12:00. Rain should be moving out this am. Check your draws, we had a ton of players pull out last night.
We will update again at 10 am for our 12:00 matches.

This provides a paper copy to all questions concerns etc. We will have less topics lost in translation. Please do not call the calls will not be
returned.
Water and Ice: We
have an ice machine that is open for all players and we have filtered water
next to this machine. We will not have
water on the courts or around the grounds.
Please plan accordingly. We are a
24 court facility and this is not part of our expected level of service for
most of our events.
Seeding and Selection:
Georgia Level 3/4 events are selected off of the GA Standings. They are seeded with the Southern List. Southern events are selected in accordance
with Southern list and seeded with Southern Lists. National events are seeded and selected off
of the National List. UTR is not used at
this stage. Draws are kept in real time,
we do not give out times at the desk, please go on your device and find the
time you are listed to play.
Player Amenity: Each
of our events are different and we will have different presents for our players. A t-shirt or towel is the minimum standard
and for most of our events we also give away grips and string.

Day 2: Saturday March 30, 2019 Singles Round of 32, 1st round Consolation followed by 1st round of doubles Player Party
Day 3: Sunday March 31, 2019 Singles Round of 16,2nd/3rd round Consolation followed by 2nd round of doubles
Day 4: Monday April 1, 2019 Singles Round of 8, 3rd/4th Round Consolation followed by 3rd or semis of doubles
Day 5: Tuesday April 2, 2019 Semifinals of Singles Finals of Doubles, Consolation 2 rounds
Day 6: Wednesday April 3, tournament completes

USTA Category I Championship (ITF Grade A)
This tournament will receive USTA Category I and ITF
Grade A ranking points per round won (Please
note, the ITF only ranks Men’s & Women’s 35-85 and over singles, doubles,
and mixed. If you are playing in any
other division, you will not earn ITF ranking points). In order to receive USTA ranking points for
this tournament, a player must be a current USTA member. In order to receive ITF ranking points, a
player must have a valid ITF IPIN BEFORE the start of the tournament. To find

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 15, 2019 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
