Draws/Schedules for All Events Now Published
Draws and full schedules for all events are now published and available for your review.
PLEASE NOTE: With the exceptions noted below, every player is offered at least two matches in each event. This is accomplished through a variety of formats, depending on event size; but in every case, only a 2nd match -- not a full backdraw -- is offered. So when you view your draws, be certain to click on the "Consolation draw" or "Playoff draw" tab. Events and draw types are:
Events playing Single elimination with a 3/4 playoff: 55&over Men singles; 4.0 Men Doubles; and 7.0 Mixed Events playing Round Robins: 5.0 Men singles; 3.0 Women singles; and 4.0 Women singles Events playing Feed-In Consolations (2nd match only): 3.5 Men singles; 4.0 Men singles; 4.5 Men singles; and 8.0 Mixed Events playing only one match due to draw size (2 players): 3.0 Men singles; 4.5 Women singles; and 3.0 Women Doubles
IF YOU LOSE YOUR FIRST MATCH AND CHOOSE NOT TO PLAY YOUR "2ND MATCH GUARANTEE," KINDLY ADVISE THE TOURNAMENT DESK BEFORE LEAVING THE SITE SO THAT YOUR OPPONENT CAN BE INFORMED (OR POSSIBLY PAIRED WITH ANOTHER PLAYER).

Avoidance Requests are accepted only from players who have registered to play in the tournament. To be considered, an avoidance request must be received by the Referee (dave_pullen@outlook.com) as soon after registration as possible, and in any event not later than the close of entries. Where a timely filed avoidance cannot be honored, the Referee will contact the requesting player prior to publication of the draws. This will allow the player to decide whether to remain in the tournament, or withdraw and receive full refund of the entry fee (except for the ACTIVE.COM administrative fee, which is never refundable).
