Entry: 32 entries maximum per division. Maximum of one singles and one doubles entry per person.
Seeding Info: Send seeding information to organizer.
Scoring: Will be directed by tournament officials at start of matches. First rounds may Tiebreak in Lieu of 3rd set.
Fee: additional $5 if you don't sign-up online and you have to be current USTA member.

THERE ARE NO WARMUP COURTS FOR EXTENDED WARMUPS OR BEFORE FIRST MATCHES OF THE DAY. (prematch standard 5-10 minute warmup will still occur).

Special note: Tournament may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather immediately preceding tournament weekend of if weekend weather is expected to be bad. While clay can absorb some water, if rains heavily it also stores the water for extended periods of time making the courts unplayable, possibly even for days.
