SMARTER TENNIS FALL ONE-DAY SHOOTOUT JR SATELLITE - GA LEVEL 5

Thank you all very much to everyone involved in making this event a success. We hope all the players enjoyed their match experience.

-Take Terrell Mill Rd. and enter the Meadow Grove Subdivision on Haverford Ln., just west of Terrell Mill Park.
-Once on Haverford, take your 3rd left onto Windgrove Rd.
- Take the next right onto Grove Park Ln / Valley Mead. They act as the same road. (Take this turn slow as it ascends up a steep hill).
- Follow the left bend and then take the next right Meadow Grove Way.
- The access road to the parking lot & tennis courts is almost immediately on your left after turning onto Meadow Grove Way. If you reached the dead end, reverse 100 feet and you'll see the access road.

At your first check-in to the tournament desk, all parents/guardians must fill out a USTA Medical Release Form. Blank copies to fill out will be available at the tournament desk.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.
