Please note that we will have ONE practice court on site at the Pembroke Lakes Racquet Club and there are eight (8) courts at the Paul J.Maxwell Tennis Center located at 1200 SW 72nd Avenue in Pembroke Pines, FL. just 4 miles away from the main site.

As many of you know, each year we have a tournament beneficiary. This year we are benefiting the beautiful horse rescue in Davie, call Peaceful Ridge Rescue. We will have a stall built for our sponsored horse, Daisy for her to have a new comfortable home after suffering horrible abuse. In the past, our tournament has benefited the following charities: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Maria Luisa Moreno Foundation, American Heart Association, and the Andrea Shumate Foundation for Sarcoma. We thank you all as always for your support of this tournament. If the anyone would like to visit the horse rescue during your break it is a quick 10 minute drive from the main site and horses love to have visitors.

Please note that after the computer entry deadline there will be no refunds for withdrawal. If you must withdraw we ask that you send an EMAIL to: jaimestennis@aol.com to formally withdraw. Thank you for your understanding of this policy!!

Players entering this tournament are required to have residency paper work submitted to the USTA Florida office before the ranking list is generated for selection for this event. The ranking list is generated the Monday before the deadline. more info

Players finishing #1 or #2 in the main draw 12s, 14s, and 16s of a 3, 4, or 5 will be eligible for an automatic entry into the next scheduled Level 3, 4, or 5 in the next higher age division. The automatic entry must be in the month directly following the tournament where the player reached the finals. If a player reaches the final in February, the automatic entry can ONLY be in March. For example; Player finishes #2 in the February L5 14S, They would be eligible for automatic entry into the March 16s Level 4. The player must enter through Tennis Link and be registered before the deadline to be eligible. Player is also responsible for informing the tournament director of their intent. Players in the 18s, 16s, 14s, and 12s age divisions wanting to be Endorsed by USTA Florida for the USTA Winter National Championships; December 27, 2014; need to play and complete one of the following; August 30, 2014 L4, or October 2014 L5, or November 2014 L5. Default, withdrawal, walkover, injury, and other definitions listed in the Friend at Court do not satisfy USTA Florida’s rules for finishing a tournament.
