10-point Tiebreaks In Lieu of Third Sets
A 10-point tiebreaker will be played in lieu of a 3rd set for all matches with the exception of all finals (main and consolation) and men's main draw semi-finals.

No Ad Scoring for Backdraw
Consolation matches will be no-ad scoring (at 3-3 in the game, receiver picks side and winner of point wins the game).

10 Minute Warmup
10-minute warmup will be enforced.

Notes
The Alton Open now has NTRP levels, including 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0
men's and women's singles. You can also play men's or women's
doubles 7.0 or 8.0 (combined NTRP). No NTRP? No problem! We'll put
you at the right skill level. Enter the NTRP levels and be assured
of competitive tennis! You can also still enter the Open divisions
for the very highest level of competition.
