Withdrawals & Entry Refunds
Withdrawals
Prior to entry deadline by going to the tournament's USTA TennisLink Home Page. Click edit registration then withdraw.
After entry deadline immediately contacting the Tournament Director.

Refunds
The entry is not accepted
The withdrawal is for a previously authorized entry into another tournament.
The withdrawal is for an authorized change by the player to another site.
In all other cases (such as withdrawals for illness, injury or personal circumstances), a refund is not required.

Competitor & Alternate List
The competitor and ordered alternate list will appear on this page on or before Friday, February 4.
Only the first thirty alternates will be numerically ordered. If it becomes necessary additional alternates will be ordered.

Match Formats
Main Draw Singles (including for 3rd & 4th place): Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets.
Feed-In Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set.
Doubles Matches: 8 Game Pro Set with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak at 8 games all.

Player Registration/Check-In
Players should register at the tennis desk in the tennis lobby on Friday, February 25th between 9am-9pm and must check-in at the tournament desk one half hour prior to every one of their scheduled matches.

Are available on-line and must be submitted when registering on Friday, 2/25 or prior to your first match on Saturday, 2/26. Downloadable version....

Starting Times & Draws
Starting times will be available under "Future Match Report" by Monday, February 21st at 10pm. The draw will be posted on-line and available on-site no earlier than Friday, February 25th.

On-site Alternates
On each day in which alternates may be accepted into the draw, any alternate desiring admittance must check in and be ready to play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate.
The order of the alternates is based on the original Alternate List published by the tournament, not a more recent National Standings List, and not in the order which the players check-in.

Doubles Information
Doubles registration will remain open until 1 pm on Saturday February 26. All teams must register/sign-in (including those who previous registered on-line) before this deadline.
|
|
Practice Courts
Will be available on a limited basis Friday, February 25th at $24 per hour and can be reserved starting February 2nd. Complimentary practice times will be available for players only throughout the tournament and can be reserved after the starting times are posted (1/2 hour per player per day). I-90 West to Exit 27 (State St.), Turn right off exit, then right onto Schultz Rd. (in front of Arby's), then right at stop sign to main door club entrance.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2011 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
