PRACTICE COURTS...may be reserved 7 days in advance
To reserve a practice court, players may call the club to reserve and prepay with a credit card at the rate of $13 per half hour. On Saturday players may reserve courts from 6am-8am and then there will also be one court from 8am throughout the day. The Saturday courts can only be reserved in 1/2 hr increments. DOUBLES
If you already know who you are playing doubles with, please email us with your partner's name (dorianna.queencity@inbox.com). If you do not have a partner and would like to play, you can still sign up during check-in on Friday evening. We'll try to match you up if you don't know anyone. The deadline to sign up for doubles is 7pm on Friday evening (end of check-in).

CHECK-IN / START TIMES
Player check-in will be Friday, Feb 25 from 4-7pm at Queen City. First round match times will be available on the tournament webpage by Wed. Feb 23 at 6pm

MEDICAL RELEASE
All players must turn in a medical release/waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please download this form at the USTA web site by clicking on the link provided, so that you will have it at check-in

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERED ALTERNATE LIST
Ordered Alternate List. • Players in positions up to 300 from the National Standings List of the division used to select players into the tournament in the order in which their names appear on this List • Players not already placed on the alternate list in positions up to 200 from the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament in the order in which their names appear on this List • Players not already placed on the alternate list whose names appear on the National Standings List of the division used to select players into the tournament in the order in which their names appear on this List • Players not already placed on the alternate list whose names appear on the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament in the order in which their names appear on this List and • The remaining entrants in an order determined by lot. Late entrants will be listed below timely entrants inthe order received. Late entries received at the same time will be ordered by lot. Late entrants are not ordered by position on the National Standings List

The Computerized List Method of seeding will be used for the tournament.

MATCH SCHEDULE
We will be playing two rounds of singles in the main draw as well as one round in the backdraw on Saturday. We will also begin the doubles on Saturday afternoon.

REFUND OF ENTRY FEES
A player shall receive an entry fee refund if 1) the entry is not accepted 2) the withdrawal is for previously authorized entry into another tournament 3) if the player is not playing because of injury or illness, the player shall deliver written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament 4) if the player is not playing because of a personal emergency, the player shall deliver a written deion of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament and the Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal emergency. In all other cases, a refund is not required.

LEVEL / FORMAT / SCORING
This is a National Level 2 and a Midwest Level 3 event. Singles draws will be 32 with full feed-in through the quarters and playoffs for 3/4 place. No finals shall be played in the FIC. Doubles will be a 16 draw with a playoff for 3/4. Main draw singles matches will be best of 3 tiebreak sets, FIC matches will be best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. Doubles matches will be 8 game pro sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak at 8 games all.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2011 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
