ENTRY DEADLINE

Please note on October 11th, all registered players will receive an email from the USTA confirming they have been selected for the Eddie Herr International "Acceptance Process". Your credit card will be billed for the entry fee. This DOES NOT mean you are in the main draw or qualifying, but are included in the acceptance process. Should a player not gain acceptance into the main draw or qualifying (as announced on November 3), a refund will be mailed to the player's USTA registered address at the conclusion of the tournament. Players do not need to withdraw or notify the tournament office if they are not selected to receive a refund. Players accepted and choose not to play must withdraw in writing to the tournament office by November 20 in order to receive a refund.

ITF SIGN-IN PROCEDURES
Players not familiar with ITF Sign-In PROCEDURES, PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING. Players must sign the "official tournament entry list" during the specified "SIGN-IN TIME" (see Tournament Conditions for Main Draw and Qualifying Registration times). Players not signed in WILL BE REMOVED from the draw and replaced with 'ON-SITE ALTERNATES (Players who sign in during Registration for openings created by "no-shows" and others withdrawing from the event.)

The 16's events of the USTA Orange Bowl International Tennis Championship uses ITF age eligibility. In order to be age-eligible for the tournament, players must be born January 1, 2004, or later. If your birthdate is before this date, please do not register. Players must be 13 by start of the main draw.
