withdrawals
any withdrawal by an accepted player after the registration deadline is a late withdrawal. late withdrawals are not valid for any reasons other than illness, injury, or personal emergency. all late withdrawals must be made in writing (fax, letter, email), and specify the reason for withdrawal.
if no written notification is received citing a valid reason for withdrawal, the withdrawal will be treated as a code of conduct default, and suspension will be points imposed.
alternates do not need to withdraw.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 5, 2008 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
