Tournament Hotel
The hotel for the tournament is the Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Airport. The special rate for tourney players is $89.00 per night. Please be sure to mention the tourney and the name TaManda Bivens to ensure the rate. Tournament Clinic
We will be having a tournament clinic on Friday, May 18th from 5-7 p.m. The cost is $20 per player. Please call and reserve your spot.

USTA and Medical Release Form
The USTA and Medical Release forms are required to play in the National Opens. You can find the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail. Please print these forms out and bring them with you to the tournament. Be prepared to turn these in before you play your first round match. If you do not have a signed form, you will not be able to play.

Pro Shop
We have a huge Pro Shop with a large variety of clothes, shoes, racquets, strings, and accessories. All players will receive 15% off all regular priced clothes, shoes, and racquets. We offer same day restringing while you wait, 20 minutes or less during most times.

Draws
Singles draws will be posted on Friday, May 18th. E-mail all withdraws, questions, or reservations for the clinic. Please do not call!! NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 14TH!!

Hit for Prizes
We will be having a Hit for Prizes on Sunday. May 20th, at noon. Prizes will be from Yonex, Gamma, Adidas, K-Swiss, Prince, and The Residence Inn.

Lunch
We will be providing lunch for all players on Saturday and Sunday. Parents, siblings, and coaches can buy for $5.00 each. We will be serving sandwiches, chips, soda, and cookies.

The NSL for selection will be published on 4/25/07 and for
seeding on 5/7/07.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 26, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
