There will be practice courts available at EPYTC before the tournament begins each day (22 courts available). If the courts become jammed up with players please try to use 4 to a court while practicing. Use courteousy. First come first serve-no sign ups or reservations for EPYTC courts. Doors will open one hour before the first match scheduled. If you need practice courts throughout the day there are courts 4 courts here at EPYTC and theres also courts available 2-3 miles away at Chapin High School -7001 Gateway Blvd south., Andress High School 5400 Sun Valley rd, Irvin High School- 9465 Roanoke. We will have plenty of referee's on site all the time. Remember it's the players responsibility to get a referee not any coaches or parents. The players must find a referee themselves.

There will be a trainer on site most of the time.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!! If you don't sign up online for doubles you may email me with doubles partner at timhaller@epytc.org. The doubles sign up will be open until MAY 15TH. Doubles will begin on the first day of the tournament. ***WE WILL NOT PAIR YOU UP WITH ANYONE, IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME YOUR PARTNERS NAME YOU 'LL NOT PLAY DOUBLES!!

Attention Players/Parents: Tournament Players must enter contact information each time they register for a tournament Due to a new policy from the USTA legal department, tournament directors will no longer have access to phone numbers and email addresses of tournament participants unless the player has entered this information when they register for the tournament. This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email information, a tournament director cannot contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc. The only way to ensure that the tournament director has this information is for the player/parent to enter it when registering. The USTA Southwest Section appreciates all of our player's/parent’s cooperation with this issue so that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary information to you.
