Hotel
Hampton Inn San Diego-Sea World, 3888 Greenwood St., San Diego, 92110. This hotel is now sold out of discounted rooms. The Holiday Inn Express, 2950 Juniper St, will offer a $169 rate ($189
is their current rate for these dates) for attendees who call (619) 226-8000 and ask for the Boys 14 National Rate. This is a good hotel very close to the Tennis Center with offer complimentary continental breakfast.

Alternate Order
The top alternates are listed in the order they will be offered a spot if a withdrawal occurs. After that list is exhausted, the remaining alternates listed will be listed numerically in a random order. After that list is exhausted, all who did not enter on-line will be listed. At present, those names are not on this list.

Medical Release
MEDICAL RELEASE: USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. NOTE: A PLAYER'S COACH OR OTHER ADULT WHO IS NOT HE LEGAL GUARDIAN MAY NOT SIGN THE FORM FOR THE PLAYER. The form will be at the end of the confirmation email a player receives when they have been accepted into the tournament. This email should be printed by the parent or guardian, signed and brought to the tournament or alternatively this form can be faxed to us (619-221-9076) attention to Anne Podney, to speed up the check in process. PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON-COURT WITHOUT THIS SIGNED RELEASE!

Withdrawals
WITHDRAWALS: All Withdrawals after entries close must be sent in writing by e-mail to barnescenter@yahoo.com to the attention of Anne Podney. Please be aware that if a player withdraws for any reason other than illness, injury, or a family emergency suspension points can be given to that player. Players withdrawing within 7 days of the tournament start date will not be refunded the entry fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WITHDRAWALS AFTER SATURDAY 5/12/2007 12 midnight.

Doubles
Doubles entries will be accepted up until 11 am on Saturday, May 19. If you already know the partner, please e-mail the tournament director at barnescenter@yahoo.com. All players entering doubles without partners will be matched randomly by the tournament staff.

The NSL used for selection will be published on 4/25/07 and for
seeding on 5/9/07.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 26, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
