On Site Alternate Procedures
Any player on the Alternate list who would like to be an on site alternate will sign in 30 minutes before the 1st Singles match is scheduled to start on Saturday. The highest player on the Alternate list signed in will go in first. It dose not go by who signs in the earliest.
