Practice Courts
Friday, May 17(12pm - 9pm): Courts 17-32 will be open for tournament players on a first-come, first-serve basis. During tournament: All courts will be open (first-come) before we start match play each morning. Courts open at 7 AM and Matches begin at 8:30 AM each day. During the matches, we will have courts set aside and a practice court sign-up sheet.
Players traveling to the USTA National Campus prior to Friday, May 17 shall book their courts online and will have to pay a court fee. Please click the "more info" button to access the court booking website. (courts may be reserved up to 48 hours in advance)

NCAA Division 1 Tennis Championships
The NCAA Division 1 Tennis Championships will be taking place from May 16 - 25 at the USTA National Campus. PARKING - Parking for the National Level 2 participants will be on the service road located behind the Tournament Administration area and closer to the Clay Courts. There will be staff to guide you to the proper area. STRINGING - Our stringing staff will be very busy. Please be sure to drop off your rackets as early as possible and allow for a 24-hour turnover time.

Doubles Information
Players shall email the Tournament Director to confirm their doubles pairings prior to 5 PM (ET) on Wednesday, May 15th. Any players who are participating in Singles but will not be participating in doubles, please let us know!
On Saturday, May 18, all first-round doubles matches will be played first at 8:30 AM.

Tournament Registration and Waiver Forms
In order to participate, players must submit TWO different waiver and release forms: (1) the USTA Tournament Junior Tournament Waiver and Release form (a paper form - click "more info") and (2) the USTA National Campus Waiver (can be submitted electronically at this link:https://reserve.ustanationalcampus.com/page.lasso?p=public_event&l=2&tid=5A4755314D6A59315A545668595463334D6D566B5A513D3D )
Registration Time: 3:30 - 7:30 PM, Friday May 17 Registration Location: USTA National Campus - Tournament Administration Desk Entry Fees: Players who still owe entry fee shall pay their entry fee during registration. We will only accept cash or check (made to USTA).

Alternates and on-site alternates
If you are listed as an alternate and have no intention of coming to Orlando for the tournament or would like to be removed from the alternate list, please notify us via email. We ask that you do this as a courtesy to the other players on the alternate list so that they can better gauge their chances of getting into the draw!
On-site alternates: On-site alternates shall sign in at the registration desk on Saturday (May 18) morning by 8:00 AM. Any on-site alternate will be ordered following the current alternate list (following the National Standing List published on April 24).

Travel and Hotel
Please visit our travel website for the best hotel rates and for travel recommendations (air and rental car). The booking deadline for the Courtyard and Residence Inn in Lake Nona is Friday, April 26. Please book early as there will be a high demand for hotel rooms due to the NCAA Championships! For those driving to Orlando, please be aware that there are several toll roads in the area!

National Clay Court Championships
All SINGLES finalists and SINGLES champions of the May National Level 2 will automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Clay Court Championships. Players must still register for the Clay Court Championships in order to be considered for the event. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
