SITE INFORMATION
Five Seasons is the host site. Five Seasons (FS on the drawsheet) is located at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249 and has a phone number of 513-469-1400.
Queen City (QC on the drawsheet) will be used for all first round Boys 14's matches and some 2nd matches in the Boys 14's. Queen City is located at 11275 Chester Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45246. The phone number for Queen City is 513-771-2835.
All first round doubles matches (Boys and Girls) will be played at Five Seasons on Saturday morning. Girls will start first at 8 AM and Boys will follow, with matches scheduled at 8:45 or 9 AM.

Practice Courts
We will have a practice courts available on Friday, October 11th at Five Seasons. We will have courts available Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, February 13th from 7-8 AM for $20/half hour and $35/hour. You can book courts 1 week in advance of the tournament.

We will start with 1 doubles match and then 2 rounds of singles on Saturday.

Singles Draw Size and Format Information
- Draws of 32 players - Match Formats -. Match Formats are annually subject to change and approval by the Junior Competition Committee. Refer to the USTA Junior National Tournament, Ranking, and Sanctioning Regulations for updates. As of January 1, 2015, the authorized formats are as follows:• Singles Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set. • - Main draw semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd/4th place, scoring will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set, like all matches in this tournament - Quarter final losers will be fed into a separate draw to play off for 5th/6th place, scoring will be two tie-break sets, with a 10-point tie-break in lieu of third set - Main draw finals will be chaired. - FIC through the round of 16, and the FIC will play out the finals

Doubles Draw/Format
Doubles Draw will be made the Thursday before the event. All entrants need to confirm their spot by then. Doubles will be a maximum of 16 teams, starting Saturday before Singles. Doubles match format: Doubles match will be 8 game pro-set with a 7 point tie-break, if necessary, at 7 all. Matches will also feature no-ad scoring. Single elimination.

Racket Stringing Information
We will have stringers available at times throughout the weekend. Midwest Sports also has 30 minute turnaround for rackets and is less than 5 miles from Five Seasons. Midwest Sports is located at 11613 Reading Road Cincinnati, OH 45241 513-956-4900.

Qualification For Winter Nationals
The National ChampionshipsAll SINGLES finalists and SINGLES champions of the October National Level 2 will automatically qualify for the same age division of The National Winter Championships. Players must still register for The National Championships in order to be considered for the event. NOTE: These players must still register for the tournament. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
