SR FATHER-DAUGHTER GROUP A & B INFORMATION
The 6 Sr. Father-Daughter teams were divided into 2 groups of 3 teams. They are called Group A and Group B. On Friday and Saturday you will play the 2 other teams in your group. On Sunday the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers from Groups A and B will play one another. These 3 draws for Sunday's matches will be posted by Saturday.

MATCH FORMAT INFORMATION FOR EACH DIVISION
FATHER-DAUGHTER OPEN & 60+ DIVISIONS MAIN DRAW: Best of three tiebreak sets, including the bronze ball 3rd & 4th place playoff match Main Draw Set Break: 2-minute set breaks, however, a 10-minute rest period at the option of any team after splitting sets. CONSOLATION: Two tiebreak sets and a 10-point match tiebreak will be played at 1-set all Consolation Set Breaks: 2-minute set breaks
FATHER-DAUGHTER 70+ & 80+ DIVISIONS MAIN DRAW, 3rd & 4th PLACE PLAYOFF & CONSOLATION: Two tiebreak sets and a 10-point match tiebreak will be played at 1-set all All 80+ Division matches will have 2-minute set breaks
The COMAN TIEBREAK will be used in all SET and MATCH TIE-BREAKS. Players change ends after the first point and then after every four points (i.e., after the 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th points,
etc.).

The members and staff at the Club at Ibis are excited to be hosting the USTA National Father-Daughter Clay Court Championships! Our Club features 54 holes of Nicklaus family designed golf, 16 Har-Tru hydro-grid tennis courts, 4 Pickleball courts, a full-service spa, fitness center and a state of the art aquatics complex. The tournament will feature a player party, spa services, and player use of our locker rooms, fitness center, pool, the Bistro Restaurant and more. Please plan on competing in what will be a memorable event!

PLAYER BANQUET & BBQ - Starts at 6pm on Saturday at the Ibis tennis courts. We hope to see everyone there. Special player gifts will be provided for all tournament players. We are going to have a terrific event!!! Safe travels.

MANY IBIS WORLD-CLASS FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR FATHER-DAUGHTER TOURNAMENT PLAYER USE
Certain Ibis facilities will be available for tournament
player complimentary use including: Ibis Fitness Center, Ibis Tennis Locker
Rooms and Ibis Pool. Fees associated with use of The Ibis SPA, Physical
Therapy, use of Fitness Trainers and dining at The Bistro at The Club at Ibis will
be the player responsibility.

FATHER-DAUGHTER DOUBLES AGE GROUP & ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
THE 4 AGE DIVISIONS OFFERED ARE:
Father-Daughter Doubles – Open Division
Sr. Father-Daughter Doubles (60 and Over) father minimum age of 60
by December 31, 2018
Super Sr. Father-Daughter Doubles (70 and Over) father minimum age of 70 by
December 31, 2018
Ultra Sr. Father-Daughter Doubles (80 and Over) father minimum age of 80 by
December 31, 2018 Fathers and daughters
related by virtue of blood, legal adoption or current step relationship are
eligible to play together in this tournament.
United States citizenship
is not required to play in this tournament

PLAYER REGISTRATION & MATCH CHECK-IN INFORMATION
PLAYER REGISTRATION will take place outside the Ibis tennis office at the times noted below:
Thursday, October 25: 11:00am – 6:00pm - a limited amount of practice courts available during these times.
Friday, October 26: 9:30am until 1 hour prior to your first scheduled match
MATCH CHECK-IN: Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to each match

TOURNAMENT DRAW & SCHEDULE INFORMATION
DRAW POSTING: The draws and match times will be posted no later than noon on Wednesday, October 24th.
MATCH SCHEDULE: Based on past entries, we anticipate that we will start playing the Open Division first on Friday, followed by the other divisions. Check the draws on the 24th for detailed match scheduling information.
THE FINAL MATCH OF EACH DIVISION WILL BE CHAIRED A Bronze Ball 3rd & 4th Place Play-off match will be played in each division, but they will not be chaired

PRACTICE TENNIS COURTS AVAILABLE ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25 and DURING THE TOURNAMENT
Practice courts will be available on October 25 from noon to 6:00pm. Players must reserve court time in advance by emailing Chuck Gill at cgill@clubatibis.com. A limit of 1 hour of practice time per team and 4 players will be placed on each court. If you want to practice with another team, then signup together. A limited amount of practice courts will be available on the other days. More information will be available at the player registration. Thanks for your cooperation.
