40 singles:

All divisions and matches will play two out of three sets with a match tie-break (10-point) in lieu of the third set.

Due the number matches to be played each day, we are using 8 of the 9 courts for matches each day. There are outside courts very close to the club that can be used for warm-up. Play begins at 9 am on Thursday and Friday and 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. As of now, last match scheduled on Thursday is 5:30 pm so there should be some courts in the evening on Thursday after 7:30 pm. Courts are available all day on Wednesday. The Cincinnati Music Festival is the same weekend as our tournament. Holiday Inn Express is now sold out. I have tried other hotels in the area and I'm not having any luck in securing a block of rooms at a reasonable rate. So. . . there are rooms located sporadically available but use hotel points. Airbnb is an option particularly in the OTR area of Cincinnati.. . very cool. If you need housing, let me know right away. Practice Courts are available at no charge. We will try and keep at least one court available for practice. Players may need to share the court. Please reserve by calling 513-451-4233.

There will be a stringer available onsite three hours each day. Western has a variety of Wilson and Babolat string available for purchase. $20 for stringing with your own string.

For players:
FREE Bagels, fruit, juice and coffee will be provided each morning
FREE Lunch will be provided each day from 11-1 pm.
Fruit and water provided throughout the day

Seeding will be done by USTA Adult seeding committee.

This is tournament is in a central location for travel. Cincinnati is only 5 hours from Chicago, 6 hours from Atlanta, 9 hours from Philadelphia, 6 hours from St. Louis.

Western is located on the West Side of Cincinnati. From the west I-74. Exit on Rybolt Road. Turn left then right off the exit onto Harrison Rd. Continue on Harrison then turn right on Race Road. Race turns in to Glenway Road. Turn left on Muddy Creek. Veer to the right at the Y (Wesbanco on right), Club is on the right on the hill.


From the north, south, east... Take I-75 to I-74 west. Exit on Montana. Turn left at end of exit ramp. Turn left onto Glenmore. Glenmore turns into Muddy Creek Road after crossover of Glenway. Veer to the right at Y (Wesbanco on right) Club is on the right on the hill.

Closest airport is CVG...yes it's in Northern Kentucky...right across the river from Cincinnati. Airport is only 30-40 minutes from the Club. Another option is Dayton, Ohio which will be an hour from the club.

For Adult & Senior National Rankings: This tournament will calculate as a Category I (10x). Champions will receive 1000 points.
