MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: ENTER any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament); OR OPTION 2: ENTER TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
Please note that players selected for one tournament are INELIGIBLE to be on the alternate list of another event.

USTA NATIONALLEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT FORMAT INFORMATION
The
singles division is a 32 player draw size. All singles matches
throughout the tournament will be the best of 3 tiebreak sets with a
10-point match tiebreak in lieu of the third set. Regular scoring is
used for all singles matches. The singles draw will have a feed-in consolation through the Round of 16. Quarterfinal losers will be fed into a separate draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. The doubles division is a 16 team draw size. All
doubles matches throughout the tournament will consist of an 8-game set (no-add scoring) with a 7-point tiebreak at 8 games all. . Both
singles and doubles draws will have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place.

Registration will be Friday, July 6, from 3:00PM to 6:30PM at Deer Park High School, 710 W San Augustine, Deer Park, Texas 77536

SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES
If you want to play doubles, please registered for doubles. If you are accepted into this tournament, you will be moved into the doubles. If you do not want to play Doubles, Email me and I will take you out of the Event. If you do not have a partner before the deadline, email coachdunivan@aol.com so we can help you pair up. After the dead line and you find a partner, email coachdunivan@aol.com with their name & USTA# and we will pair you up.

MATCH FORMAT:
Singles will play the Best of Three Tiebreak Sets with a 10-point Tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Doubles will play an 6 Game Set(No-Add) with a 7-point Tiebreak at 8 games all.

Athletic Trainer
There will be an Athletic Trainer on site at Deer Park South Campus to take care of injuries.He will be roving the courts or in the Training Room.

The Wilson US Open tennis ball will be used for all matches.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 14, 2018 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
