Thursday night after 10pm
Open to players in Metro Region. Level 2 Intermediate Tournament
played at the USTA BJK National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY, Site
of the US OPEN Championships.
**Boys and Girls 12 and under will use a Short Set format,
first to 4 games, 12pt tiebreaker at 4-4.
**All other events will play 2 sets with a 10 point Match tiebreak
to decide a 3rd set if needed.
*****Consolation matches will be played on Thursday if possible, if
courts are available, please check with the tournament desk after
your match.

PUBLIC:
***The USTA BJK National Tennis Center is accessible by
the "7" Train to the Willets Point station and follow signs for the
USTA BJK National Tennis Center. Take the boardwalk to the end and
make a right. You will see the indoor building. (ITC)
By car:
****FOR EXACT DIRECTIONS GO TO the "MAP IT" link above and we are
in the ITC building near the bottom of the Boardwalk. These
directions will bring you to the Park courts near the Boardwalk and
continue on and and Look for the ITC building and Parking lot "B"
adjacent to the Boardwalk. There will be limited parking due to
construction and you may have to park across the bridge near the
Mini golf Center and walk to the ITC Building.
We will not have access to courts after 4pm. Matches will be played
during school hours between the hours of 8 am and 4pm.
*****We cannot change match times due to available courts.******
Some matches will have an early start time,
*****Please do not sign up for doubles on line. We will be playing
singles consolation matches instead.
***PLEASE try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled match
time to check-in so matches can start on time if courts are
available.

Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

L2 Opens Intermediate events open to all USTA members BG 12’s will utilize a Short Set format (the 1st player/team to wins 4 games by a margin of 2 games, with a 7pt tiebreak at 4-all) and may include a consolation match providing each participant with at least a two matches.
