Doubles Entry and Deadline: ALL PLAYERS HAVE BEEN ENTERED INTO DOUBLES
The deadline for doubles partners request and pairing will
be Monday November 23, at 6pm. All singles players are guaranteed an
entry into doubles and have been placed into the event. The deadline is for partner request. It is a good idea to make sure you are listed properly online with your partner.
If you do not sign up with a partner, players will be randomly
paired. Doubles is a single elimination format with 8 game pro set,
playoff for third and fourth.
Players may request a partner by sending an email to the TD that then can be forwarded to the requested player. All doubles pairings and request will begin to be processed after the selection process is final and the singles draws are full.
|
Selection Process:
The Selection process is complete. Everyone who has been selected for singles has been added to Doubles. Disregard any email to the contrary. If you do not want to play doubles, send me an email to remove you.

LATE ENTRIES and ALTERNATES:
Unfortunately the deadline has passed and any players that want to enter need to send me an email with your information to request a late entry. Alternates who entered ontime will take priority over late entrants and will be listed by order of ranking on the NSL or by lot. Late entrants will follow them with order being placed by time and date of the late entry request via email. Alternates and late entrants will be contacted and given 24 hours to respond. Once the list is published Wednesday Nov 4, it is a good idea to send me an email with your correct contact info if you are in the top 5 on the list.
Players who entered on time and not selected will go onto the alternates list by order of ranking. Those players that entered late, will follow in the order of the late entry request date, time, and fill any remaining spots.
