Boys 12's Main Draw and Consolation, along with a limited number of B14's Consolation matches will be played at The Club at Harpers Point which is located 8675 East Kemper Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. The phone number for Harpers Point is 513-489-9700. It is approximately 5 minutes from Five Seasons.

Queen City Racquet and Fitness Club is located at 11275 Chester Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45246(513) 771-2835. It is 10-15 minutes from Five Seasons and will be used for a few matches on Saturday afternoon.

Please Check In 30 Minutes Before Your First Match
We will not be having a mandatory check in on Thursday night. We will just need players to check in 30 minutes before their first match on Friday.

HOST HOTEL
Cincinnati Marriott Northeast is the host hotel for the tournament. The Cincinnati Marriott Northeast is located at 9664 S. Mason Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45040. To make reservations, toll free, call 1-877-204-8216. Phone number locally for the hotel is 513-459-9800. We get discounted rooms for tournament players, with guest rooms offered at $119.00 per night. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes for Five Seasons.
Rate includes Athletic Package as follows: American Contrinental Each Morning, Fresh cut Seasonal Fruits, Chef's selection of breakfast pastries, Peanut Butter & Jelly Station, assorted breads and bagels, Scrambled Eggs & Breakfast potatoes, Salsa, ketchup & cheese, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, 2% Milk, coffee & tea.
Game Room Saturday evening from 6-9 PM. Private Room set with Big Screen TV and wii. NOTE: Each family is to receive half doubles and half king sofas. Kings can also be available. Roll away beds are also available if requested in advance, for King Rooms.
Cookies are available in the lobby on Saturday evening from 8-830 PM. Gatorade is provided at checkout, 1 per player.

Scoring Format
For Boys and Girls 14's, The Main Draw will be a FULL 2 out of 3 sets. The Boys and Girls 12's Main Draw and all (including 14's) FIC scoring format is two out of three sets with a Match Tiebreak (first player to 10 points - must win by 2) in lieu of a full third set, with advantage scoring. A player will be entitled to a 10 minute break when competing in a full third set and to a three-minute rest period after splitting sets and before playing the Match Tiebreak. IMPORTANT- These rest periods (ten-minute or three-minute) are the only times during any match where coaching is allowed. DOUBLES
All players selected for singles are eligible for doubles. If you want to play doubles, please contact Eric Maclin at esmaclin@hotmail.com We will provide contact information for potential partners, if you don't want to provide your contact information to other players, please let us know. The doubles entry deadline will be Monday, November 23rd at 12 PM

PRACTICE/WARMUP COURTS
We will have practice/warm-up courts available 1 week in advance of the date you want to book them. 513-469-1400 is the number for Five Seasons. Courts are $20/half hour and $35/hour. Harpers Point 513-489-9700 is also a tournament site for a limited number of matches and may have practice courts. Queen City(15 minute drive) will not be a tournament site but may have practice courts at 513-771-2835. Courtyard Sportsplex (15 minute drive) may also have courts available at 513-777-5530

LATE ENTRIES
We will accept late entries by emailing Brian Schubert at schubertbh@hotmail.com. Please understand that all late entries will be placed at the bottom of the alternate list, behind all timely applicants, no matter their ranking, or reason for not entering on time.

WITHDRAWALS
To withdraw before registration closes you go online to the tournament web site and click on edit registration on the left hand column, then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an e-mail to SchubertBH@hotmail.com. Withdrawal, player name, and age division should all be included. The time received on the e-mail will be used for documentation - my reply is your proof that your withdrawal has been received. The Referee WILL require written documentation for all withdrawals in the last 48 hours and MAY require it for other withdrawals. Players who withdraw after the entry deadline for any reason are not entitled to a refund.
