Registration is Thursday, November 27 (Thanksgiving evening) 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Holiday Inn South County Center (the host hotel). THOSE UNABLE TO MAKE REGISTRATION SHOULD PHONE REGISTER BETWEEN 6 AND 7PM ONLY BY CALLING THE TOURNAMENT DESK AT THE HOTEL AT 314-892-3600.

Players may reserve a practice court at Sunset Tennis (314-849-2327) or Kings Point (618-277-7715) Wednesday, November 26, at a nominal fee. BOOKED PRACTICE COURTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PRACTICE COURTS FOR THURSDAY, THANKSGIVING, NOVEMBER 27, ARE AVAILABLE AT SUNSET TENNIS CENTER FROM NOON - 4:00 PM, ALSO AT A NOMINAL FEE. PRACTICE COURTS FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28 (START OF THE TOURNAMENT) MAY BE RESERVED BEGINNING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27, AT REGISTRATION. THERE ARE NO FEES FOR THE PRACTICE COURTS BOOKED DURING THE TOURNAMENT.

Friday, November 28, we will play 2 rounds of doubles and 2 rounds of singles - 2 main and 1 consolation. Saturday, November 29, we will play the semis of doubles and 2 rounds of singles - 2 main and 2 consolation. Sunday, November 30, we will finish the doubles at 8:00am and play the Finals and 3/4 playoff and 5/6 playoff and consolation finals.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU LET US KNOW BY EMAIL THAT YOU ARE PLANNING ON PLAYING DOUBLES. IF YOU HAV A PARTNER IT IS ALSO IMPERATIVE THAT BOTH PLAYERS CONFIRM THE PARTNERSHIP. THOSE NEEDING A PARTNER SHOULD LET US KNOW THAT AND WE WILL DO RANDOM PAIRINGS FOR THOSE NEEDING PARTNERS. DEADLINE IS TUESDAY NOVEMBER 25 BY MIDNIGHT --- AT THAT POINT WE WILL CLOSE DOUBLES REGISTRATION

THE HOLIDAY INN SOUTH COUNTY CENTER, 6921 SOUTH LINDBERGH BLVD, ST LOUIS, MO, 63125, is the host hotel. The room rate is $104.99 plus tax. Phone number for the hotel is 314-892-3600. Please mention the USTA Open Regional when making your reservation.

Sunset Tennis Center, 10911 Gravois Industrial Court, St Louis, MO 63128, is the main site for the tournament. The Boys 18 will play at Sunset on Friday, November 28. The secondary site is Kings Point Sports Club, 7645 Magna Drive, Belleville, IL 62223. The Boys 16 will play at Kings Point on Friday, November 28. Everyone will play at Sunset Tennis on Saturday, November 29 and Sunday, November 30.

Play begins at 8:00AM Friday, November 28, at both sites. Boys 18 will be at Sunset --- Boys 16 will be at Kings Point. We will start with Doubles in both divisions for the first and second rounds of doubles. Scoring for doubles is the 8-game proset. Singles scoring is conventional 2 of 3 sets for the main draw. The consolation bracket will play a 10 point breaker in lieu of the full 3rd set, should the players split sets. We will play 2 round of singles main draw and 1 round of singles consolation on Friday.
