Player Check In
We will have an early check in on Thursday November 27th from 12 pm - 3 pm . This check in is encouraged but not mandatory. Please bring medical release form when you check in. If you opt not to do the early check in please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first match time to complete the check in process . Complimentary practice courts will available the day before the tournament.
On Site Alternates
If you want to be an onsite alternate please check in at least 15 minutes before the first match starts in the division for which you are an alternate . If a spot becomes available players will be selected using the original alternate list not by the order in which players check in .
Hitting Sessions will be offered. Each session is with professional coaches and $50pp. Sign up by calling Director Dave Porter at 352-262-4905.
Match Balls - Wilson US Open Regular Duty will be used, these are available for sale in the pro shop prior to the tournament.

Doubles Registration
To enter into the doubles: All players must e-mail the tournament director, David Porter at jonesvilletennis@gmail.com after the singles selection process is complete. The doubles entry deadline is Friday, 11/22/14 at noon. Registering online does NOT guarantee a spot in the doubles draw. To enter with a partner BOTH players must confirm their partner's name in the email. Those who need a partner should also enter via email stating they need a partner. Although it is not the responsibility of the tournament committee to match a player with a partner, we will do our best to help pair as many players as possible. Failure to submit the doubles entry via email will result in the players not being entered into the doubles draw.
Medical Release Form
All players MUST turn in a medical waiver prior to their first match signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to play in this event. DRAW FORMAT
- The singles draw shall have 32 players; the doubles draw shall have 16 teams.
- The singles draw have a Feed-In Consolation (FIC) that feeds players in through the Round of 16. The FIC shall be played to completion. The FIC shall be considered part of the tournament and participation is mandatory for all singles players.
- The main draw singles draw shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place.
Match Format
All main draw singles matches will be the best of 3 Tie Break Sets.
All consolation singles will be the best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
All doubles matches will be a 8 Game Pro Set with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 8 games all.
Both singles and doubles shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All players are required to play the third and fourth place playoff.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 30, 2014 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
