TOURNAMENT HOTEL
Best Western/Adria Hotel and Conference Center There are a limited number of Queen and Double Bed rooms reserved for the tournament at the group discounted rate of $135.00 per night. The group discounted rate is effective for reservations commencing November 27, 2014. TOURNAMENT ACCOMMODATION
Anchor Inn There are a limited number of rooms reserved for the tournament at a group discounted rate. The rate for a Standard King Bed room will be $124 per night. The rate for a Deluxe Room will be $129 per night. The group discounted rate is effective for reservations commencing November 27, 2014. DOUBLES ENTRY DEADLINE
Doubles entries will close at the same time that singles entries close - Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time.

DOUBLES PARTNERS
Players are responsible to find a doubles partner. Players without a partner will not be independently paired by the Tournament Committee. Players are to advise the Tournament Committee by November 19, 2014 with whom they are playing doubles. DRAW FORMAT
- The singles draw shall have a maximum of 32 players; the doubles draw shall have a maximum of 16 teams. - The singles draw have a Feed-In Consolation (FIC) that feeds players in through the Round of 16. The quarterfinal losers will be fed into a separate draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. The FIC shall be played to completion. The FIC shall be considered part of the tournament and participation is mandatory for all singles players. - The main draw singles draw shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All players are required to play the third and fourth place playoff. - Doubles is single elimination with a playoff match for 3rd and 4th place. All players are required to play the third and fourth place playoff.

MATCH FORMAT
- Main Draw Singles including the 3rd/4th playoff are Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets. - Feed-In Consolation Matches are Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. - Doubles Matches are 8 Game Pro Sets with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 8 games all.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available Thursday, November 27, 2014 at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Call GO!Tennis (718 224-6303) to reserve court time. Friday, November 28, 2014, practice courts will be available free of charge commencing at 10:00 AM until the conclusion of matches that day. Once play commences at 12:00 PM, courts 1 and 7 will be designated as the practice courts. Players may reserve a practice court for 1/2 hour. Players will be asked to share the practice courts. Saturday, November 29, 2014, practice courts will be available free of charge commencing at 12:00 PM until the conclusion of matches that day. Once play commences at 3:30 PM, courts 1 and 7 will be designated as the practice courts. Players may reserve a practice court for 1/2 hour. Players will be asked to share the practice courts. Sunday, November 30, 2014, practice courts will be available free of charge commencing at 8:00 AM until the conclusion of matches that day. Once play commences at 10:00 AM, court 1 will be designated as the practice court. Players may reserve a practice court for 1/2 hour. Players will be asked to share the practice courts.

WATER & SPORTS DRINKS
Water coolers are placed between courts. Bottles of water and sports drinks may also be purchased from the Club Bar/Grill and the vending machines.

DIRECTIONS
Driving Via the Clearview Expressway: From either the Long Island Expressway or the Grand Central Parkway (i.e. Northern State Parkway), take Clearview Expressway North. Exit the Clearview at the 35th Avenue exit.If you were headed north on Clearview (towards the bridge), turn right at the light onto 35th Avenue. (If, instead, you were headed south on Clearview - away from the bridge - turn left onto 35th Avenue.) The first light you come to is Corporal Kennedy Street. The second light is Bell Blvd (gas stations and a diner on the corners). Cross over Bell Blvd and make the first left onto 214th Place, turning in front of the school. The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. There is no parking lot park on the street.
Via the Cross Island Parkway: Exit the Cross Island Pkwy at Northern Blvd Westbound. Go west on Northern Blvd to 221st Street (2nd light). Make a right onto 221st Street. Follow 221st Street around until it ends at Corbett Road. Make a left onto Corbett Rd, which will merge with 35th Avenue. From 35th Avenue, make a right onto 214th Place (right after the school). The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. There is no parking lot park on the street.
Train Via the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR): The club is a pleasant ten minute walk from the LIRR Bayside station. From the street level, go north on Bell Blvd (the avenue numbers will be going down). Make a right onto 35th Avenue, then make a the first left onto 214th Place. The club is on the left hand side, two thirds of the way down the block. If you prefer not to walk, cabs are usually available. Follow the directions above.

SPECTATOR VIEWING
Spectator viewing will be permitted inside the Club Bar/Grill for Courts 7-10 and on Court 1 for Courts 2-6. There will also be a television inside the Club Great Room showing tournament play for Courts 2-6. Spectators who enter an unauthorized viewing area will be ejected from the Club and will subject the player with whom they are associated to penalty pursuant to the Code of Conduct.

FILMING, VIDEOTAPING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Filming, videotaping and photography of matches or practices will not be permitted in the GO!Tennis/North Shore Tennis & Racquets Club.

TOURNAMENT MEALS & FOOD/BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION
Tournament sponsor Cascarino's will serve specially priced breakfast, lunch and dinner. All food and beverages must be consumed in the Club Bar/Grill. Food and beverages are not permitted in the Club Great Room or on Court 1.

OUTSIDE FOOD
Outside food is not permitted in the Club. Food and beverages maybe purchased at the Club Bar/Grill. Snacks and beverages may be purchased from the vending machines.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the Club Bar/Grill. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed at the Club Bar/Grill.

CELL PHONES
Players and spectators may not use cell phones in the bubbles, on court or at the tournament desk. Violators will be subject to penalty pursuant to the Code of Conduct. Players and spectators who use cell phones in the clubhouse should be mindful of whether their conversations interfere with tournament viewing or normal business operations of the Club.

DRESS CODE
- Players are to wear proper tennis attire. Players who do not dress appropriately will be asked to adjust their attire. - Players and spectators are asked to wear attire appropriate for a family tennis environment.

PETS
Pets are prohibited in the GO!Tennis/North Shore Tennis & Racquets Club. Service animals are permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and inside the bubbles. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
