Match Schedule Info - Future Match Info

Lunch will be served to all players from Caddies at Rose Hill Golf Club. Caddies is located directly across the parking lot from TLC Rose Hill. They will have a buffet of sandwiches available to the players. Parents and guests will be able to purchase a lunch pass or order directly off the Caddies menu.

Match schedules have been posted for Saturday. Please remember there will be two sites in use tomorrow morning.
The two sites we will be using are TLC Rose Hill which is listed on the draw as TLCRH and Moss Creek which is listed on the draw as MC.

Friday Practice Courts
-The courts at Rose Hill will be open for practice at 7:00 AM. Courts will need to be clear by 7:40 AM to start the 8:00 AM matches. Once play starts there will be no practice courts at Rose Hill. There will be 2 practice courts available at Moss Creek starting at 8:00 AM that will be first come first serve. We ask that you share the court with a minimum of 4 players per court. If others are waiting please limit your warm up time to 30 minutes. The courts at Moss Creek will be courts 6 & 7 only. All other courts are for Moss Creek member use only. Saturday Practice Courts
-Will be limited from 7-8 AM at both sites. There will be no practice courts after 8:00 AM on Saturday.

Every player in a USTA Regional Tournament must provide a signed form PRIOR to beginning play. Minors must have their form signed by their parent or legal guardian. The form can be found by following the link and will also be emailed to players when they have been accepted into the tournament. Please note that the USTA prefers an original signed release but may accept faxed documents in certain cases. more info

Comfort Suites offers free wi-fi in all rooms and hot deluxe continental breakfast every morning. The hotel will release all rooms from our block on November 20th. At this time the promotional rate will also no longer be available.

We will use Tennisclub of the Low Country at Rose Hill as our main site. We will also use Moss Creek Tennis Center for one round of matches on Saturday morning. Moss Creek Tennis Center is located at 1523 Fording Island Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. Should we have inclement weather we may use other sites as well.

When parking for the tennis center please DO NOT PARK in the grass. There is a lot directly across the street for the Golf Course that is used for tennis center as well please utilize the paved parking areas. Again there is no parking in the grass at Rose Hill. There will be practice courts available on a first come first served basis at TLC Rose Hill on Wednesday and Thursday. Once the tournament begins there will be no practice courts available at the main site. We will have access to off site practice courts, but these must be booked in advance by calling Tom Ruth (808-565-6409). Please contact the TLC Pro Shop to check on court availability. Singles match formats will be best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set for both Main Draw and Consolation Draw. Doubles will use an 8-game pro set with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 8 games all.

Singles draws will be 32 main draw with a mandatory consolation. Consolation will be played out thru the Semi-Final round. Doubles will be a 16 Main Draw single elimination tournament.

The draws will be made on Wednesday November 26th at 12:00 PM EST. First match times and sites will be posted by 5:00 PM EST Wednesday November 26th. Players will be asked to report to their site at least 30 minutes prior to their first match time to sign in. Directions to each site are posted on the tournament website.

Mandatory check in is 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled match time to ensure proper documentation is turned in and players are present.

The tournament will to the best of our ability try to match players up looking for doubles partners. We are unable to provide specific player information to other players, parents, or coaches. If you are looking for a partner please email the tournament director and we will do our best to put you in contact with potential partners.

USTA Junior Competition has set forth a standardized schedule of play and it will be as follows. Day #1 2 rounds of singles Main Draw, 1 round of singles Consolation, and 1 round of Doubles. Day #2 2 rounds of singles Main Draw, 2 rounds of singles Consolation, and 2 rounds of Doubles. Day #3 1 round of singles Main Draw, 2 rounds of singles Consolation, 1 round of Doubles. Please remember that the there is a Mandatory Consolation in all USTA Regional Tournaments. Play will begin at 8:00 AM on all days of play. There are 2 sites scheduled, we may add an additional site if needed.

The Wilson US Open Regular Duty ball will be used for all matches.

There are two airports that service the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. They are Hilton Head Airport (HHH) serviced by US Airways and Savanah/HIlton Head Airport (SAV). It is serviced by Delta, US Airways, and Jet Blue. HHH is located on Hilton Head Island and SAV is located in Savannah approximately 35-40 minutes to Rose Hill Site.

There will be stringers available at both sites for all your stringing needs. String and prices will vary.
