THANKSGIVING BUFFET AT TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The Tournament Hotel is offering a Thanksgiving Buffet from 11am-3pm. Cost is $23.95 adults, $18.95 seniors & $9.95 children 5-12 years of age. The menu is fantastic and if you are in town and need a place for dinner please call 419/324-1795 for reservations..

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Please read the Homepage before registering and if you still have questions email tournament director at svtc@buckeye-express.com. This is a National Level 2 Indoor Tournament with a 64 draw for singles and a 32 draw for doubles.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY/START TIMES: Check in will be 20 minutes before your first match time. Draws will be posted on line Wednesday night. Match times will be posted under Future Match Info on Wednesday. Singles matches will consist of best of 2 tie break sets with a 10 point match tie breaker in lieu of 3rd set. Doubles matches will consist of an 8 game pro set with a 7 point tie breaker at 8 games all. 2 singles and 1 round of doubles will start the first day. MATCH SCHEDULE Friday-1 round of doubles starting at 8am. 2 rounds of main draw & 1 round of FIC. Saturday- 2 rounds of doubles. 1 round main draw & 2 rounds of FIC. Sunday-2 rounds of main draw & 2 rounds of FIC. 1 round of doubles. Monday-2 rounds FIC, singles and doubles finals & 3/4 play offs.
PRACTICE COURTS: Practice Courts are available at the main location Wednesday from noon until 9pm and Thanksgiving Day from 5pm-9pm. Friday, Saturday & Sunday morning courts are available before matches begin and may be reserved by calling 419/865-1141. Additional practices courts will be available at our 2nd location SVC@Central, 5400 W. Central Ave, Toledo, Ohio by calling 419/537-0001 starting Saturday at noon and all day Sunday. Courts may be reserved for $10.00 per half hour and $20.00 per hour and must be paid for when they are reserved. HOTEL INFORMATION: Tournament Hotel is the Radisson Hotel located at 3100 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614. Hotel is located 10 minutes from the tournament site. Room rate is $79.00 for double with 2 queen beds. There are also other room types available. Group rates are in effect until Friday, November 21st. Please call the hotel directly at 419/381-6800 for reservations. When calling the hotel mention you are with the G12 National Selection Tournament. Please be advised that reservations received after November 21st are expected at the prevailing rate subject to availability. The Radisson has many amenities including a full service restaurant, heated indoor pool, fitness center that includes a tennis court. Hotel will be offering a Thanksgiving Day Buffet for those who will be in town for Thanksgiving. Information will be posted on line by November 15th detailing how to make reservations for the buffet.
WITHDRAWALS: To withdraw before registration closes go online to the tournament website and click on edit registration. Then click on withdraw and follow the prompts. After registration closes withdraw by sending an email, subject line National Selection, withdrawal, player name, age division. The time received on the email will be used for documentation. My reply to you is proof that your withdrawal has been received. The Referee will require written documentation for all withdrawals in the last 48 hours and MAY require it for other withdrawals. Players who withdraw after entry deadline for any reason are not entitled to a refund. No late entries will be accepted unless there are fewer than 25 alternates. ALTERNATES: Ordered alternates are listed under tournament reports/alternates by event within 24 hours of the competitor's list being posted .If you are one of the top 5 alternates in the last 48 hours and you are no longer interested in remaining on the list please email me so we can remove your name. On-site alternates need to report to the tournament desk and register with us before the first matches begin. If there is more than one on site alternate you will be placed in order as per Friend at Court. POINT PENALTY SYSTEM/SUSPENSION POINTS: The Point Penalty System will be enforced for lateness, cursing as well as abuse of racquet, balls and/or facility. Suspension points will also be given for unsportsmanlike conduct, DRESS CODE: Proper attire is required. No bare midriffs, If your outfit is deemed objectionable you will have to change before going on the court which could incur a point penalty for a time violation rev. 9/25/14.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 30, 2014 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
