Players must email Kim kplhstc@aol.com by Sunday November 23 @ 5 pm. Doubles will start Friday at 8 am.

PRACTICE COURTS
The club will be open from 1-3 Thanksgiving Thursday for practice. We will start taking reservations on Monday Nov 17. Reservations must be made by Wednesday before ThannksgivingCall 419-381-9661. If you would like to practice later on thanksgiving Shadow tennis Club is 5 min away and will be open 5-8 because they are hosting the girls 12. Their number is 419-865-1141Courts will also be available before play each day. $20/ hour.. Practice courts also available at Shadow Valley at Central on Friday 419-537-0001.

First round match times for both singles and doubles will be posted by Tuesday Nov 25 6:00 pm. LH next to match time means match is at Laurel Hill. SVC means match is at Shadow Valley at Central ( address is below under headline Second Site)

We will be using a second site on Friday and Saturday morning. Shadow Valley at Central, 5400 Central Ave, Toledo Ohio, 419-537-0001. Practice cts will also be available.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Friday - 1 rd of doubles, 2 rounds of main singles, one rd FIC
Saturday - 2 rds of doubles, one rd of main draw, two rounds of FIC
Sunday - 2 rds of main singles, 2 rds of FIC, 1 rd of doubles,
Monday - 2 rds of FIC, singles and doubles final and 3/4 playoff.

MATCH FORMAT
All singles matches will play a 10 point tiebreak for the third set. Doubles matches will be 8 game pro sets with a set tiebreak ( first to 7 win by two) played at 8-8.

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
