Medical Release
All players must fill out the USTA medical and release form to participate. To speed up time download the form and email it to Steve Henry at okctenniscenter@att.net or bring it with you to the player check in.

Host Hotel
The OKC Tennis Center is proud to have the Crowne Plaza as it's host hotel for all of our tournaments in 2013. The Crowne Plaza is recently remodeled and is a full service hotel with a flat rate of $89.00 per night which includes a FULL BREAKFAST for 2 adults and 2 juniors, FREE Wi-Fi included. The Crowne Plaza is located just 3 miles from the Tennis Center and 1 mile from Penn Square Mall, OKC's largest mall. Player check in
Player sign-in will be held at The OKC Tennis Center on Friday 7/6, from 5-7pm. The address is 3400 N. Portland Ave. While this is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Players will have their last chance to confirm or find a doubles partner. Player’s packets and maps will also be handed out.

Draws
Draws will be posted Thursday.
Singles play will begin at 8:00am Saturday, and Doubles will start Saturday afternoon.

PRACTICE SITES
Oklahoma City Tennis Center (tournament site) Free to players on Friday July 5th, We will open at 7:00am everyday prior to the first matches of the day for warmup.
Goodholm Park, 26th & Robinson 5 courts, 3.8 miles from the Tennis Center.
Earlywine Tennis Center 119th and S. May Ave. 12 courts, 14 miles from the Tennis Center.
Putnam City North High School 11800 N. Rockwell Ave. 6 courts, 8.5 miles from the Tennis Center.
The OKC Tennis Center will open at 7:00am for players to warm-up

Tournament Ball
The tournament ball will be the USPTA Penn Marathon Ball. If you split sets in the main draw you may recieve 3 new balls for the third set.

Match Format
All matches to be played at the OKC Tennis Center, 3400 N. Portland Ave. Girls 12's,14's,16's.and 18's Divisions are 32 draws all on on hard courts. All Doubles Draws are 16 draws and on hard courts. Play will start at 8am 8/31/13 and we will play two rounds of singles and start doubles on Saturday afternoon. Girls 14's, 16's & 18's singles will be two out of three full sets in the front draw, the backdraw use a match tie-break for the third set, doubles will be an 8 game proset. Girls12's singles will play a 10 point tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. There will be a 3/4 play off in the front draw of singles and for doubles. Our desk staff does not have start times.

Tournament Format
USTA Regional Tournaments, Main Draw Singles including 3rd and 4th place: Best of 3 tiebreak sets. FIC: Best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. Doubles: 8 game Pro set with a10-point Match tiebreak at 8 games all. All singles and doubles draws shall have a playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All players are requiered to play the third and fourth place playoff.

Doubles
We do not find doubles partners for you. However if you email me at okctenniscenter@att.net and ask to be placed in the blind draw for doubles I will place you on that list. We will also have a list of players looking for partners during the player check in. The doubles draw will be made after the player check in at 7:00pm.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the top 6 singles finishers and top 4 doubles teams in each age group.

DOUBLES INFORMATION
Each age draw is limited to 16 teams. Players may only compete in the singles age division played. No cross age teams will be permitted. You may still sign up for doubles on Friday at the Player check in at The OKC Tennis Center between 4-7pm. We will maintain a "looking" list to assist you. We recommend that players confirm their entry at that time. Doubles draws will be made after player check-in.

The Oklahoma City Tennis Center has arranged a special rate with three great Hotels to choose from when playing at the Tennis Center. The Marriott Fairfield Inn on NW Expressway (NOTICE THIS LOCATION now has rooms). The Marriott Fairfield Inn Airport location is 3 years old, is 7 miles from the Tennis Center, close to the airport and many restaurants. The Townplace Suites by Marriott is a new hotel that opened 2 months ago. The Tennis Center rate is $89.00 per night at all three hotel and includes FREE Breakfast in the morning.

THIS IS A NATIONAL LEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT - SINGLES DRAWS ARE 32 PLAYERS
BG14's, B16's Singles and Doubles. Singles is a full feed-in consolation and the draw size is 32. Doubles is single elimination and the draw size is 16 teams. The entry fee includes singles and doubles.
