RAIN PLAN- MONDAY
ALL MATCHES MOVED TO MOORLAND PARK TENNIS CENTER 2900 S. 163RD ST NEW BERLIN, WI 53151.
262-782-0420. PLEASE REPORT AS CLOSE TO YOUR MATCH TIME AS POSSIBLE. WARM UP COURTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 7-8. STARTING AT 8AM, FIVE COURTS WILL BE USED MATCHES AND THE REST FOR WARM UP COURTS. YOU MAY NEED TO GO 4 TO A COURT FOR WARM UP.

MONDAY
All play will be at Western Racquet Club 1800 Highland Dr. Elm Grove, WI. IF THERE IS RAIN IN THE MORNING, PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR INSTRUCTIONS. Warm up courts are available at before play begins at 8am. Once play begins, no warm up courts will be available. Brookfield East High School will available for practice courts 3305 Lilly Rd Brookfield.

ALL BOYS will start singles at 8am Saturday morning. ALL GIRLS will start at 9, 915 or 930am Saturday morning. ALL singles and doubles matches will be played at HEYER Park in Waukesha Saturday and Sunday.

DOUBLES-
Draws are set for doubles. Boys doubles first round starts at 230pm. Girls doubles first round will start at 330pm. Two rounds of doubles will be played on Saturday. All doubles matches are 8 game pro sets with a 10 point match tie break at 8 all.

Tournament Sites
The host site for the tournament is Western Racquet Club (WRC) 1800 Highland Dr Elm Grove, WI 53122. ALL Tournament matches on Saturday and Sunday 7/6, 7/7 will be played at Heyer Park (HEYER) 1209 Heyer Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186.

Practice Sites
On Saturday and Sunday with play at Heyer Park, all 16 courts will be available for practice before 8am matches begin. Once play begins, there will not be practice courts available. On Saturday and Sunday, you could practice at Western Racquet Club or New Berlin West High School 18695 W Cleveland Ave New Berlin, WI 53146. On Monday play will be at Western Racquet Club. Practice courts are available starting at 7am. At 8am all courts will be used for tournament matches. Hotels
Three Options-Please call early for the discounted rate.
1. Doubletree Hotel $89 per night call 262-792-1212 and ask for the Western Racquet Club National Level 3 Rate.
2. The Sheraton Hotel $79 per night, call 262-364-1100 ask for the Western Racquet Club Boys and Girls National Tournament Rate.
3. Brookfield Suites $114-$124 per night, based on the room. Call 262-796-9161 ask for the Western Racquet Club National tournament rate.

Order Play
Play will start each day with singles at 8am, and doubles will start each day in the early afternoon.
Saturday-2 rounds of singles(some people that have first round bye will play one singles), 2 rounds of doubles
Sunday-2 rounds of main draw singles, 3 rounds FIC singles, 1 round of doubles
Monday-2 rounds of singles,2 rounds of doubles
Tuesday- finals, 3rd place, last matches in fic will be played.

Wild Card
Thanks for all that applied for the wild card. The decisions have been made by the tournament committee and the one boy and one girl that have received entry into the tournament have been notified.

Alternates
Alternates are listed in order by the following criteria.
Tournament Committees shall order the alternates as follows:
• Players with 100 or more ranking points on the National Standings List of the division of the event used to select players into the tournament shall be listed at the top of the alternate list in the order their names appear on such National Standings List
• Players not previously selected or listed with 100 or more ranking points on the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament shall be listed in the order their names appear on such National Standings List below the first group of players
• Players not previously selected or listed shall be listed in the order their names appear on the National Standings List of the division of the event used to select players into the tournament below the second group of players
• Players not previously selected or listed shall be listed in the order their names appear on the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament below the third group of players.
• Late entrants shall be listed below all other alternates by the date and time on which the late entry is made. If multiple late entries are received at the same time, they shall be ordered by lot. Late entrants are not ordered by position on the National Standings List.

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 13, 2013 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
