On Site Alternates
All alternates must sign in for on site alternate at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled first match of the day. The order of the alternates will be determined in order of the original alternate list posted on this website. We will also allow for those that have not entered this event to sign up as alternates, but they will put in order behind all origninal entrants.
We will most likely have open spots for alternates to play doubles as well.

The deadline for the doubles sign in will be 9:00 AM Friday November 23rd.

Thanksgiving Day Practice
We will open the club from 4:00 - 6:00 on Thanksgiving Day for anyone wanting to practice.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 25, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
