First Round Main Draw Matches
First round matches will be played over two days, Monday and Tuesday. Girls will start on Monday and Boys will start on Tuesday. Top half of draw-Monday and Bottom half of draw-Tuesday

CLOTHING
Players must conform to the ITF regulations, as in appropriate attire. No T-shirts, gym shorts, sweatshirts shall be worn. Logo restrictions shall also be enforced. Members of a doubles team shall be dressed in substantially the same colors.

WITHDRAWAL/FREEZE DEADLINES
Withdrawal Deadline was Tuesday, 11th October, 2011 14:00 GMT (9:00am EDT). Players withdrawing between the Withdrawal Deadline and the Freeze Deadline must withdraw via player IPIN at www.itftennis.com/ipin. A player who has moved to the main draw or qualifying draw by the Withdrawal Deadline is committed to play the tournament. Player's first two (2) late withdrawal offenses within a calendar year will be excused and the player will not be penalized, provided the withdrawal is received by the ITF prior to sign-in deadline. Freeze Deadline is Wednesday, October 19, 2011 14:00 GMT (9:00 am EDT). Withdrawals after the Freeze Deadline must submit an OFFICIAL ITF WITHDRAWAL FORM to both the ITF, the tournament Referee and the tournament organizers. This must be done before the closing of Qualifier or Main Draw sign-in deadlines of Oct 21@ 6 pm or Oct 23 @ 6 pm, respectively, to avoid a No Show penalty. A simple email will not be accepted.

- Main Draw - Sunday, Oct. 23, noon-6 pm @ Racquet Club of the South
- Doubles Deadline - Monday, Oct. 24, noon
Qualifying (sign-in includes Alternates) and Main Draw sign-ins have been extended this year to prevent the long lines from last year! You are encouraged to come early because sign-in will close promptly at 6 pm!

All players entering ITF Junior Circuit tournaments agree, as a condition of their entry, to have an International Player Identification Number (IPIN). Failure by a player to have registered and paid for valid IPIN Membership will result in the rejection of that players' entry. You may visit the following link to obtain an IPIN and register for this event.
