Tournament Attendees (Players, Coaches, Parents and Spectators): No water available at sites
Please check local government guidelines and ordinances related to COVID-19 so that you are aware of possible requirements for any facility at which you might play or visit. Players will be required to wear a mask until they enter the match court. Spectators will be required to wear a mask when moving around within the facility and we encourage players to only have ONE spectator at the site. Match location and how to find your time:
Once the draws are posted, players will need to click on the draws tab about halfway down the page. Once you have located your draw, find your name on the draw line and pay particular attention to the time and the abbreviation next to the time as this indicates WHERE THE MATCH WILL BE PLAYED. Then go back to the front page of the tournament and look at the legend of sites with the abbreviation of your match. Click on more info, and a map link with address will populate for that site. It is recommended that players re-check there time on Friday evening to see if any withdrawals have occurred which might advance a player in the draw with a new time. We do our best to send players an email notice of any withdrawals. Remember that the online times are the official times, so always have the site director update it online if they tell you a different time. Phone Numbers to the site Directors will be published on the match site locations on Saturday.

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.

USTA Texas "No Late Entries" Policy for Juniors Due to a new USTA Texas internal procedure, junior division players will NOT be able to register for a tournament after the online published deadline. We are aware that currently parents reach out via email or phone to the USTA Texas staff and/or tournament director requesting to be manually added to the tournament after online registration has closed. If a player misses the registration deadline, then he/she will not be permitted to participate in that tournament

Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.
