Draws and Schedules are up!
Thank you, Everyone, for playing. The draws and schedules are up. Please check them frequently in case there is a change due to a withdrawal or other issue. There is no Friday night play :) Matches will start at 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday to give those of you who live further out a little time to drive in. Be safe, and see you this weekend.
Formats: Please read before entering!
All players are limited to two events. All events must be played at the same NTRP level. All matches will be best of three tiebreak sets. Any and all avoidances must be submitted before entries close. If we cannot accomodate your request for an avoidance, you will be withdrawn from the event and refunded the entry fee. Players will be expected to be able to play Friday evening unless an avoidance is received. Late entries may not be accepted so please make sure your doubles partners are also signed up. Everyone needs to register separately to be entered into the events.
Some matches may be played under the lights. Please check the
internet for your start time. All players should report to Solano
Athletic Club 30 minutes before your scheduled time, ready to play.
Please plan on being available in case your time changes. Matches
may start as early as 6pm on the 10th.Players must enter at the
same NTRP level for all of their events. If entering multiple
events, players should be prepared for 2 matches per eventper day.
All matches will be best of 3 tie-break sets. Sign up with a
partner for doubles events. Submit all questions about the draw
prior to Sept. 10 by E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Make all
withdrawal notifications Sept. 10-12 by E-mail or the club
tournament desk. Check the tourney desk about changes due to
inclement weather. Practice courts available the morning of Sept.
11 & 12 prior to the day's first matches. Standard tennis
attire. The Hilton Garden Inn is just west off I-80 at the Travis
Blvd. exit. There are eateries and a Raley's at the corner of
Dickson Hill & N. Texas St.
Player Selection Type
Entering Phone Number and Email Address - When registering for a tournament it is important that you enter your current email address and phone number.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 5, 2010 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
